Not expecting a single person to fill my needs, and allowing myself and my partner to branch out to fulfill those needs in a healthy way while being committed and respectful to everyone involved.

That I can have my family AND explore sexually, without having to give up one for the other. It’s also given me access to an entire local community I wouldn’t have had ready access to otherwise.
